**Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:**
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
– All tags must be intact and attached to the item. (If fitted with tags)
– Items must be returned in their original packaging.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
– Undergarments, swimwear, and personalized/customized items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons, unless they arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
**How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:**
1. Contact our offices at Info@diepompshop.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return/exchange process.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return.
3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
**Return Shipping:**
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).
– For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you.
**Refunds/Exchanges:**
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
– Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and its packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
**Note:**
– Die Pomp Shop (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
– Refunds/exchanges are processed based on the original purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
